KALBO and FC Hyena are coming together for a special Saturday celebrating Filipino culture, food, community, and Forgotten Island — DreamWorks Animation’s first major feature rooted in Filipino stories, culture, and folklore. Before the screening, a part of FC Hyena will become the KALBO Zone, with Filipino food and drinks, Asian makers, arts and crafts, a Sari-Sari Store, and playful activities for kids. Then, we’ll settle in for Forgotten Island on the big screen. We wanted to make it more than just a film screening — a chance to hang out, eat good food, make something, discover something new, and bring a bit of the Philippines to Amsterdam.
