AMSTERDAM STUDENT FILM FESTIVAL 2026 // BEST OF PROGRAM

Amsterdam Student Film Festival's main focus is potential, what have these student filmmakers created with the, often limited, tools they had access to?

In this years Best Of Program we highlight the films we feel shine through as inventive, fun, and exemplary student creations! This selection was not only created by our programming team but also by a group of industry professionals, namely:

Patricia Pisters – Film professor at the UvA

Wiam Al-Zabari – Filmmaker and programmer at Nederlands Film Festival

Iztokk – Tutor at the KABK and filmmaker

Klara-Emilia Kajdi – Working Progress co-organiser at Filmhuis Cavia, working in distribution, curation, and in production for Leiden Shorts and IDFA

Fern Ling Chettle – Editor and programmer at CinemAsia

Charity Charly – Filmmaker and costume stylist

Length Program: 1 hour and 41 minutes of screening and 30 minutes of Q&A with filmmakers
May 31st, 20.00

Tickets on sale 11/5

Please note: Once the first movie starts we don’t allow you to enter the cinema room, so be on time!
