About the night
Rewilding is a collaboration between Lentekabinet, Lab, and FC Hyena that brings together film, visual arts, and performance to focus on observing, imagining, and reconnecting with nature.

Jonas Arents Smulders
Jonas Arents Smulders works across directing, acting, and screenwriting. In his film practice, he explores characters and worlds that feel both tangible and unsettling. During Rewilding, he will show work-in-progress fragments, offering a glimpse into a creative process where imagery, atmosphere, and imagination are still in flux.

Isa Vink
Isa Vink is a multidisciplinary creator working at the intersection of poetry, design, and audiovisual experimentation. Her work connects personal and collective experiences, often focusing on language, memory, and the fading of what was once close. For Rewilding, she will present a film that aligns with her sensitive, research-oriented practice.

Lieve Hakkers
Lieve Hakkers creates paintings and drawings where the image slowly reveals itself. Her work revolves around the power of the painted surface, as well as intimacy, layering, and the mysterious weight of everyday figures, objects, and relationships. For Rewilding, she will present a painting that makes this quiet, suggestive visual language palpable.

Tom van Veen & Verdwijnende Vogelsoorten van Amsterdam
Tom van Veen is a visual artist who approaches painting as a way to slow down images, memories, and cultural icons, recharging them with new meaning. During Rewilding, he will take the audience on bird-watching excursions and present early drafts of the publication Disappearing Bird Species of Amsterdam, including a stamp card created in collaboration with LMNOP.

Aki Kawasaki & Narco Polo
Aki Kawasaki and Narco Polo will close out Rewilding. Aki Kawasaki is an icon of the Amsterdam scene, while Narco Polo brings a raw, laid-back rap energy to the mix—all love! They will do an intimate live performance to close of the night.
